Luca is an ARB registered Project Architect specialised in the residential sector. He’s
passionate about uncompromised architecture
and his dream is to build his own property
portfolio of qualitative architecture.
Luca studied at the Academy of Architecture
of Mendrisio in Switzerland, where he had the
opportunity to work alongside architects like
Aires Mateus, Sergison & Bates, Grafton Architects and East Architecture. In
2012 he achieved the Master of Science in Architecture
with the dissertation “Lisbon Public
Realm - Arts Media School & Housing”, under the direct supervision of the english architect Jonathan
Sergison.
As a student he spent one year in Melbourne, Australia where he worked on small residential
projects and international competitions. For more than two years he worked in Switzerland
for a boutique developer supporting the
project architects in the delivery of two high-end
residential blocks and being responsible for
several feasibility studies and planning submissions. The most notable is the application for the expansion of the prestigious Hotel Splendide Royal on the Lugano Lake.
In 2015 Luca moved to London and joined awards winning David Morley Architects where he facilitated two major planning
applications: the first for Argent in Kings Cross
for 78 units within a mixed used scheme, the
second an extensive masterplan in Matlock
Spa comprising 600 units.
He worked for three years as Project Architect at Marjoram Architects where he run simultaneously multiple residential jobs across all RIBA work stages and since November 2020 collaborates with Scenario Architecture supporting the team in the delivery of bespoke high-end homes.
Luca holds a RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management.
